Go to market for an AV solution for all Council meeting rooms, including libraries rooms (pubic-facing and staff only) (over 6 people capacity). Increase the number and availability of AV equipped rooms. Improve reliability of technology by reducing the risk of non-functioning equipment due to dated equipment and/or user interference. Ensure AV equipment works for current & future virtual conferencing platforms including MS teams, Skype & Zoom. Facilitate easier user experience for staff to connect & use AV equipment.
