Transfer Station mater plan for the following sites Parkhouse Road (EcoDrop, CWS lease and EcoSort sites), Styx Mill Transfer Station, Metro Place (EcoDrop and Organics Processing Plant sites). This is to understand the current sites’ operations in terms of mass flows, greenhouse gas emissions and operational efficiency. Identification of short, medium and long term actions to inform the future capital and operating spend required for these sites.
