This is a $2.5M corporate & it project across Christchurch, currently in progress.
To introduce agile ways of working and fast-track the growth of agile capability across the Digital Unit in alignment with the ‘enabling our people’ pillar and ‘active partnership with IT’ objective under the ‘delivering value’ pillar. Thereby delivering improved efficiency and effectiveness in the realization of value for our customers. Current traditional delivery methodology, such as “Waterfall” focuses on detailed planning before moving to execution and implementation, this usually means a big bang approach and potentially a large change impact. The realization of value is often delayed, and customers are only able to assess the outcome at the end of implementation to determine if fit for purpose. Emergent opportunities to improve outcomes at the time of production are often lost.
