The Wheels to Wings Major Cycle Route, Papanui ki Waiwhetū is a 4.5 kilometre cycleway that runs down Harewood Road from Papanui Road to the existing cycle and pedestrian underpass at Johns Road near the airport, and connects to the Nor'West Arc and Northern Line cycleways in Papanui.
