Programme level budget for Transfer Stations including Parkhouse Road (EcoDrop, CWS lease and EcoSort sites), Styx Mill Transfer Station, Metro Place (EcoDrop and Organics Processing Plant sites). For use in understanding the current sites’ operations in terms of mass flows, greenhouse gas emissions and operational efficiency. Identification of short, medium and long term actions to inform the future capital and operating spend required for these sites.
