The provision of measures to improve the quality of stormwater discharges within the Heathcote catchment. This will include projects on the basins and wetlands, street renewal program to rain gardens, retro fitting rain gardens, sediment control, industrial areas storm filters, stream habitat enhancement and rain gardens within the cycle ways program.
