This is funded through the Christchurch Regeneration Acceleration Facility (CRAF) to support communities which experienced significant damage and disruption, or increased traffic demand following the Christchurch earthquakes.

Transport infrastructure keeps Christchurch moving and safe. This $2M investment is part of the council's programme to maintain and improve roads, paths, and public spaces for Riccarton residents.
