Implement a 30 km/h zone on the streets within the Richmond CRAF area, as described in the Project Initiation Brief; Julius Terrace, Stapletons Road, Warden Street, Cargill Place, Chancellor Street, Petrie Street, Guild Street, Averill Street, Dudley Street, Randall Street, Slater Street, Nicholls Street and Chrystal Street.
