SW Englefield Wetland Cost Share
This is what is known as an Infrastructure Provision Agreement with a developer to share the cost of a stormwater treatment wetland and detention basin, so providing treatment for approximately 14.3ha of existing residential catchment and 2ha of new residential suburban growth development.
