WS Continuous Water Quality Monitoring
Installation of continuous Free Available Chlorine (FAC) monitors at 44 drinking water pump stations (treatment plants) to meet monitoring rules.
This is a $7.2M water & waste project across Christchurch, currently in progress.
Why This Project Matters
Clean, safe drinking water is a basic right. This $7.2M investment is part of the council's programme to maintain and improve the water supply network, meeting national standards for all Christchurch residents.
