Renewal works to progress along Hardy St from Beresford St to Collingwood St and Seaview Rd between New Brighton Rd and Hardy St. Decommissioning of assets within the residential red zone required along New Brighton Rd, Bower Ave, Palmers Rd, Baker St, Rawson St, Pratt St and Hawke St.
